Nala von Neetzka is a stunning 4 year old long haired sable German Shepherd. Nala's family had loved her since a puppy, she was such a happy and well-balanced dog.  Now she is longing for a new forever home as she lost the only family she had ever known when they were deported. She focuses on people and attaches quickly; we know that  she will embrace her new family wholeheartedly.  She loves sitting close or leaning in for gentle affection, her soft, expressive eyes showing just how much she values human connection. Polite and attentive, she  knows " sit" and "paw" on verbal cue. Out on leash, Nala likes to keep moving, but she is responsive to directions and is fine walking alongside other dogs. While in dog playgroups, she prefers to stay close to staff, but remains tolerant of dogs around her. She will make a wonderfully loyal, devoted best friend for a family ready to welcome her with open arms. At 100 pounds, she is working on trimming down a little, but is already doing well on her diet plan. Nala is a character, so full of love and joy, come see for yourself! No cats please.
